Birthdays come only once a year. Book your next birthday party with us and make it a truly memorable celebration!

Viking Birthday Parties are 2 hours in length: 1 hour of in-gym activities and 1 hour of celebration in the party room.

GYM (1 hour):

During the gym portion, a fun, qualified Viking instructor will guide your group through our 14,000 sq. ft. jungle of gymnastics obstacle courses and custom-built equipment. Enjoy a variety of games at our trampoline park and Viking Warrior zone. We’re happy to accommodate custom party setup . . . just let us know at time of booking and on the big day!

PARTY ROOM (1 hour):

Our Viking staff will set up the party room with balloons (1 per child), tablecloth, utensils, cups and napkins. Host parent is responsible for bringing drinks and food (see Party Rules below for restrictions). Viking staff will be available 15 minutes before the party start time to assist with setup if needed!

Viking Birthday Parties are available every Saturday and Sunday all year round!

Saturday: 2:30 - 4:30 / 3:30 - 5:30 / 4:30 - 6:30 / 5 - 7 / 6 - 8

Sunday: 12:30 - 2:30 / 1:30 - 3:30 / 2:30 - 4:30 / 3 - 5 / 4 - 6 / 5 - 7

Party Rules

ONLY host parents and parents of children 3 & under may be in the gym and party room during all activities.

Children 3 & under must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is within arm’s reach and actively supervising them at all times.

Guest parents of children 4 & up are NOT allowed in the gym.

Personal use of any equipment (including rock climbing and trampolines) by accompanying parents is strictly prohibited.

Guest parents of children 4 & up may stay in the party room for the full 2 hours: $10 per adult.

The number of guest adults (excluding host parents) must NOT exceed the number of children.

Important facility rules: Nut-free!! No popcorn, seafood, fire sparklers or alcohol onsite. No shoes inside (must be removed upon entry).

The final numbers of guest parents (if any) and children must be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the party. Total charge is calculated based on confirmed numbers. 

Host parents must ensure each participating child’s Viking World waiver is submitted online prior to the birthday party and entrance to the gym. Guest list (full names) submission is optional but highly appreciated for waiver checks. 

For safety reasons, the host must make Viking coaching staff aware of any active or non-active pre-existing injuries in any one of the participants in order to safely take part in the activities. Participation with any hard or soft cast-like contraptions or splinters is strictly prohibited. Please note that Viking administration reserves the right to deny access to the in-gym portion of the facilities to anyone whose participation puts themselves or anyone else in danger be it for reasons of pre-existing injuries or violating Spartan’s code of conduct.

All participants are encouraged to wear tight, comfortable clothing (shirt and shorts) and to tie long hair a pony tail. Viking Socks will be provide to all participants prior to going to Viking World. 

Host parents must ensure all attendees agree to Viking World’s Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation/change

Please note that the $200 booking deposit is non-refundable. Party date may be changed up to two weeks prior to the party date, and is subject to availability and a $100 change fee. Changes or cancellations within two weeks of the party date are not permitted.
