Introduction to basic gymnastics skills: cartwheels, dive rolls, long hand swings, glide swings, trampoline front rolls, with intermediate focus on stretching and general conditioning.

*All costs are subject to 13% HST. An annual registration fee is applicable to all members (valid for each school year starting September 1 and ending August 31). Registration fee for this program is $50 for (1hr class) and $60 for (1.5hr class) OR $20 (for 1hr class) for new member signup in Summer.
