Parent and Tot
(Age: 1.5-3 yrs)
Allows the little ones under the age of 3 to climb, bounce, swing and balance with the participation of the parent. Saturday and Sunday semi-structured class (group warm up, free-play, group games)
Fall Schedule
Kinder Gym (Age 3-5)
Involves obstacle courses, introduces the little ones to basic trampoline jumps, front and back rolls, stretches, swings, balance and handstands.

Recreational Girls and Intermediate (Ages 6+)
Introduction to basic gymnastics skills: cartwheels, dive rolls, long hand swings, glide swings, trampoline front rolls, with intermediate focus on stretching and general conditioning.

Trampoline and Tumbling (6+)
Introduction to front tucks, front and back handsprings and trampoline various intermediate trampoline sequences. Some light conditioning and stretching is present. Some gymnastics experience is advised.

A fitness program that focuses on grip strength, agility, balance, and endurance by having participants navigate through challenges such as swinging on rings, bar and custom made ninja equipment. These programs cater to various ages and fitness levels, offering both competitive and recreational experiences.

(Age:6+)
